Tui Na (pronounced tway na) is a traditional Bodywork Healing technique that has been in use in China for more than two thousand years. It is one of the Five Natural Bridge Bridges in Chinese Medicine. It is usually referred to as Qi Gong in the West however it is also known as « Peng Shui » (meaning « water energy ») in China.
